BUSINESS CASE ANALYSIS:
SHEPRA routinely conducts Business Case Analysis (BCA) and provides options that outline risks, constraints, sensitivities, estimated costs to implement a change, and the resulting savings to the Government by making the proposed change. Depending on the recommended proposed action, SHEPRA provides support by creating: Program Decision and Approval Documents; reporting/providing solutions to diminishing manufacturing surges and material shortages; industrial base risk analysis of DoD weapon systems; providing options to resolve downstream parts or raw materials delivery issues; establishing return on investment; supply chain simulation models; monitoring progress by creating milestones, action plans, weekly reports; etc. In addition, SHEPRA routinely assists our clients with risk analysis, program support, providing Information Technology (IT) support, data mining, IT analysis of volumes of data, and industrial supply chain study support.

Conventional Manufacturing- experience in the implementation of conventional manufacturing processes such as CNC machining /milling, coordinate measuring machine (CMM) processes, lean manufacturing (six sigma and lean Kaizen), and cell manufacturing.
Operational Analysis- aerospace OEM and DOD experience performing modeling and simulation of production work flow and supply chain processes.
Additive Manufacturing – aerospace OEM and DOD experience in R&D of new materials, AM system design and implantation of AM with respect to policy & procedures, technology, and economic considerations.
Materials Engineering – evaluate materials and processes to support design and manufacturing. Provide Materials Review Board (MRB) analysis and justification to support production programs.
Electrical/Electronic Engineering – analog and digital circuitry, common communications protocols, electron and microwave tubes, and technical documentation packages.
Environmental Program Support – planning, analysis, environmental assessments, and studies.
Information Technology Professional Services – Includes resources and facilities management, database planning and design, systems analysis and design, network services, programming, conversion and implementation support, network services project management, data/records management and Geospatial systems and analysis.
Strategic Planning for Technology Programs/Activities Services – the definition and interpretation of high-level organizational engineering performance requirements such as projects, systems, missions, etc., and the objectives and approaches to their achievement.
